2. Services Description

ByteStitch provides web development and translation services including but not limited to:

• E-commerce platform development

• Professional translation services

• Technical documentation translation
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Supplying necessary content, materials, and access credentials
• Timely review and feedback on deliverables
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Translation projects: 100% payment upon delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and translated content. ByteStitch retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during the project for future work. Third-party components and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

ByteStitch agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information, data, and materials provided during the course of the project. This confidentiality extends beyond the completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

ByteStitch warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of websites or applications once deployed to client's hosting environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

ByteStitch' liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. ByteStitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. ByteStitch will deliver all completed work and transfer any applicable rights to the client.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

ByteStitch reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
